With the introduction of the concept of “personal fund” in the legal field of the Russian Federation, a transformation of the fund institution as a whole has taken place. In the article, mostly by comparison, the authors analyze and characterizes a personal fund in a theoretical and legal aspect and highlights its differences from other funds, examining in detail the legal structure of a personal fund, its features and regulation. In particular, the article highlights the issue that a personal fund is a non-profit organization that manages the property of an individual. At the same time, its main function and goal is not solving social problems to support society, which has always been inherent in publicly beneficial funds. A personal fund, rather, can be characterized as a new form of the hereditary fund that preceded it, but valid during the lifetime of the founder. The author, relying on the work of modern researchers, draws attention to a number of points that can be considered problematic from the point of view of legal regulation, which will require further elaboration of the law, on the basis of which the conditions for creating personal funds appeared in Russia.

The article examines the concept and essential features of the category Һinvestigator’sdiscretionһ. The main features of the investigator’s discretion proposed by procedural scientists are analyzed.It is noted that it is a legal category, representing the choice by the investigator of any behavior option. Butthese options are provided and limited by law and the procedural powers of the investigator. In the author’sopinion, the most significant properties of the investigator’s discretion are highlighted and designated and the concept of this category is formulated.

Compensating for damage caused to victims as a result of committing a crime are subject to consideration in several aspects. The implementation of the mechanism for ensuring civil action follows from the very essence of the plaintiff’s claims against the defendant, with various types of organizations(enterprises) being involved in the circle of participants in civil proceedings as one of the subjects of civillegal relations – legal entities forming an organizational structure. The article examines issues of involvinglegal entities as civil defendants in criminal cases, as well as the content of the claim filed within the framework of the criminal case under consideration.

The article presents a description of the organization of the elective "Communicative English course with psychological support by Jungian sand therapy" for students with special educational needs, which is considered to be one of the priority directions of social educational policy of the Russian Federation. The complexity of this problem implies the need for a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach as the main principle of psychological and pedagogical support of education.

This article reveals the problem of developing teamwork skills of students studying English and Chinese through the use of extracurricular activities. The purpose of our study is to determine the effectiveness of extracurricular activities in developing teamwork skills of English and Chinese language students. The purpose involves the following tasks: selecting specific extracurricular activities in accordance with selected criteria formulated on the basis of the studied features of team and extracurricular work; developing extracurricular activities to develop teamwork skills of bilingual students; conducting a survey among students at the pre- and post-experimental stage; drawing general conclusions about the experimental work. The hypothesis is based on the assumption that extracurricular activities are an important tool in the development of teamwork skills of bilingual students; they contribute to the development of students’ creative and research abilities, improvement of social and communication skills in the process of active interaction and cooperation. The study used general scientific methods of theoretical research including systematization, specification, analysis, synthesis, interpretation, evaluation and generalization, as well as empirical methods, such as observation, questioning, survey, conversation and experimental research. The results of the experimental work confirm the effectiveness of the developed set of extracurricular activities for developing teamwork skills of future teachers of English and Chinese.

The purpose of the work is to study the features of creating a foreign language creative educational environment at the middle stage of education in a secondary school. The research objectives are to explore how the use of podcasts in English language teaching can support the development of listening and speaking skills; evaluate the impact of using podcasts on stimulating students' creative thinking; explore the benefits of using podcasts in English lessons, including consistency, ease of use and a variety of forms of presentation of educational material. The hypothesis is the assumption that the use of podcasts in teaching English contributes to the development of listening skills, improves the communicative competence of students and stimulates their creative thinking, which contributes to the creation of a creative educational environment in the classroom. The following methods were used in the study: analysis of literature on the research topic, questioning of students, conducting extra-curricular language activities and analysis of the results. The authors drew the conclusion that the use of podcasting methods and practices is a creative way to develop listening and speaking skills, maximizing the creation of a creative classroom environment.

This article is devoted to the development of fine motor skills in children of middle preschool age as a condition for their intellectual and psychophysical development. The purpose of the article is to describe homemade didactic games and experimental work to test them in a rural child development center. The hypothesis of the study is that the use of homemade didactic games of directed action contributes to the intellectual and psychophysical development of children of middle preschool age. The methods used in the study include literature analysis, the use of test techniques, and mathematical processing of results. As a result of the study, a series of homemade didactic games was developed to develop fine motor skills of preschoolers, promoting their intellectual and psychophysical development.

In traditional teaching, an approach to teaching is often used, as a result of which students' motivation for learning decreases and insufficient mastery of the material is observed. One of the key features of electronic learning tools is the ability to adapt them to achieve various educational goals. In this article, the authors consider the electronic educational environment, which is formed as a result of the systemic implementation of hybrid learning and the possibility of its use for the purpose of individualizing and differentiating the learning process of students at a university. The virtual language environment, formed through various types of exercises aimed at activating language skills, provides opportunities for individualization and differentiation of the educational process, which contributes to the language development of students and increases the motivation of students. The article provides examples of the use of electronic educational technologies to achieve set goals. The authors come to the conclusion that improving the electronic environment opens up new opportunities for personalizing learning; however, to achieve high results in the development and use of the electronic educational environment requires careful organization and systematic support from teachers. The relevance of this study is determined by the need to update the forms and tools of the electronic educational environment in modern language education. The electronic educational environment provides new tools and technologies that allow you to adapt training to the individual needs of students, create exercises of various levels of complexity, use interactive and multimedia learning tools, and ensure group work and collaboration using electronic platforms. The purpose of the research is to analyze the possibilities of creating an electronic educational environment in the conditions of language education at a university. The research objectives include the study of the scientific literature on the problem of developing motivation in the process of using an electronic educational environment; generalization of tools used in the electronic educational environment; development of a set of exercises that help increase motivation when teaching a foreign language in the electronic educational environment of a language university. The research hypothesis is the assumption that individualization and differentiation of learning will be effective if the capabilities of the electronic educational environment are used in the learning process, taking into account the characteristics and needs of each student. The research methods are analysis of educational, methodological and pedagogical literature, empirical observation. The achieved results of the work may be of interest to researchers studying modern problems of student motivation in the context of the actualization and development of the electronic educational environment with the aim of individualizing and differentiating the educational process.
