The relevance of the study of the phenomenon of “culture of silence” is due to the fact that in psychology today the content, functions, and mechanisms of formation of this phenomenon have not been determined. One of the main obstacles to studying the phenomenon of the “culture of silence” is the lack of appropriate research methodology. The development of psychological tools is a necessary condition for further study of this psychological phenomenon. The paper describes the search for methods for empirical research of the phenomenon of “culture of silence”. The purpose of the study is to find possible ways to develop a psychological methodology that can measure the characteristics of the manifestation of the “culture of silence” phenomenon. It should be noted that this article is the initial stage of research. The article describes the author’s projective methodology for studying the phenomenon of “culture of silence” and a description of the results obtained with its help. The study sample consisted of 49 people aged from 20 to 47 years. The stimulus material of the technique is a series of videos from Yakut and Japanese films lasting from 32 seconds to one minute. The following results were obtained: respondents’ attitude towards silence in dialogue is negative. It was revealed that respondents better understand the negative emotions and emotional state of the characters. As a result of the study, 3 videos were identified, for which the most versatile and detailed answers were received. In the future, it is planned to develop a questionnaire based on the selected videos to identify respondents’ understanding of silence in dialogue.

The relevance of the topic is determined by insufficient study of Evenk literature in Russia and China. This is typical of literary studies and criticism of both countries. Meanwhile, within the framework of Russian language teaching, foreign students study the literature of the peoples of Russia in order to form sociocultural competence. The NEFU has an experience of familiarising students from China with the literatures of small-numbered peoples of the North and Evenki literature in particular. The aim of the paper is to present the author’s experience of educational familiarisation of students from China with Evenki folklore and Evenki literature of Russia in the context of cultural ties of the border territories and literary traditions of prose formation of the Arctic peoples. Objectives of our research: 1. To describe the author’s experience of teaching Chinese students in the framework of teaching Evenki folklore and literary disciplines; 2. To present methodological techniques in working with the national artistic text in order to form sociocultural and communicative competences of foreign students. The result of the study is a description of the practice of “included reading” of the Russian-language novel “Ganya Khmurov” by an Evenki man of Chinese origin Gamallil Gantimurov. The ways of adapting the texts of Chinese Evenki folklore and fiction novel for reading by foreign students, as well as the method of “included reading” are proposed for the first time.

The article presents an analysis of the strategies of universities in Nordic countries and North America to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. It demonstrates that the sustainable development of northern territories holds one of the first places on the scientific and technical agenda of the leading countries of world science. The article discusses the methods and practices used to implement the concept of sustainable development and the principles of equality and inclusivity. It also discusses measures taken to preserve the languages and cultures of the indigenous peoples in the North, as well as efforts to promote diversity and engagement. It is shown that a significant part of the long-term objectives defined in the strategies of universities in Northern Europe and North America is aimed at increasing their contribution to the sustainable development of regions, a climate-neutral society, reducing inequality and the development of indigenous peoples. Based on the case studies of universities in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Greenland, Canada and the USA, recommendations are given for Arctic universities in Russia on the development and adjustment of ESG strategies.

The article analyzes the activities carried out within the framework of the Federal project "Runway for Young Professionals. New Regions", which is aimed at developing additional skills in working with projects of a single enterprise in modern conditions and in the future securing young specialists at strategically important enterprises of a single subject of the Russian Federation. Project teams are formed from among senior students of economic and technical profiles. In order to go through all stages of the project, students undergo a survey, including criteria for determining the assessment of motivation taking into account the needs of the future employer, and also attend various events (participation in a project on the instructions of a specific enterprise, defending a project, internship at an enterprise in a certain position and receiving a job assignment as young specialist), developing additional skills and competencies.

The article is devoted to the topical problems of the use of generative neural networks of artificial intelligence, online tools and services in the educational process and in the professional activity of a teacher. It considers the experience of creating and applying interactive exercises and tasks in the educational process of teaching Russian language to foreigners and humanities students of Russian literature. Some prospects for the use of generative neural networks of artificial intelligence in the professional activity of a teacher are touched upon. The inevitable process of digitalization of education is changing the ways in which participants in the learning process learn and interact. The use of information and digital technologies in education leads to improved accessibility of educational resources, individualization of learning, and improvement of knowledge assessment methods. However, it is important to remember that digitalization carries a number of threats, such as the possibility of additional distance learning, cybersecurity issues, as well as challenges in the field of data privacy. It should also be noted that the philosophical principles of digitalization of education should take into account humanistic values and focus not only on technological aspects, but also on the development of the personality of the learning digital generation, the formation of its critical thinking, the ability to self-development and self-improvement. For them, the digital environment, information and digital technologies are the main aspect of their life.

The novelty of the research lies in the literary analysis of the performances of the Sakha theater, the definition of epic content in modern stage works. For the first time, the material of the creative rethinking of Western European, Russian and Yakut drama on the ways of forming an aesthetic manifesto of the national theater is summarized. The purpose of the study is to identify the epic code as a key that reveals the role and mission of the Sakha theater in the spiritual culture of the people. The objectives of the research include: 1) to reveal the functionality of the local content of Western European drama by W. Shakespeare, E. T. A. Hoffmann and B. Brecht, whose plays made it possible to creatively decipher the code of the epic heritage of the Sakha people; 2) consider the interaction of theater and prose in the experience of director's staging. The research used methods of historical, literary, comparative and contextual analysis. The study revealed the process of theater's movement towards a synthesis of classical and epic theatrical art. The significance of working with the prose works of P. Oyunsky,S. Kurilov, Ch. Aitmatov as a conceptual part of the manifesto of the Yakut theater is assessed.

The relevance of the research is determined by the fact that the study of the ways of introducing direct speech of the characters in the Yakut heroic epic would allow us to identify characteristic formulas, representativeness of the style, peculiarities of local traditions, stability or changes in time, originality of textological techniques in fixing olonkho, etc., which is important for understanding the originality of the poetics of the folklore text. The aim of the work is to identify the peculiarities of the transmission of the direct speech of the characters in olonkho. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to define direct speech as an element of Olonkho narrative; to study the structure and lexical features of the introduction of direct speech by characters in Olonkho; to characterise characters in formulaic constructions that precede direct speech. Structural, lexical analysis, comparative method, system analysis of Yakut epic poetics were used. It is found that the presentation of direct speech has its own structure, consisting mainly of constructions with verbs of speech, common places, typical expressions, which can be before direct speech, within direct speech and after direct speech. The Olonkho mainly use constructions before and after direct speech. We have discovered an abundance of epic formulae, verbs that characterise the speech and singing of the heroes. In addition, there are sometimes verbs not related to 'speaking' and constructions without a verb. The dialogues of the Olonkho characters by D.A. Tomskaya from the Verkhoyansk region are characterised by simplified repetitions of a single verb. In some cases, while recording the text, the collectors were able to introduce sentences of their own, in which the name of the character and his action are indicated. It turned out that the formulaic constructions that precede direct speech contain character descriptions: first of all, this applies to the abasy bogatyr, female images, shamans, shamanesses, a child, zoomorphic images.
