Статья подготовлена по результатам проекта "Оценка, основные тенденции изменения природного и социально-экономического состояния, человеческого потенциала Восточной экономической зоны Республики Саха (Якутия)"; Программы комплексных научных исследований в Республике Саха (Якутия), направленных на развитие ее производительных сил и социальной сферы на 2016-2020 годы. Рассмотрены положительные тенденции развития системы общего, профессионального и дополнительного образования Восточной Якутии, такие как сохранение малокомплектных школ в отдаленных поселениях; реализация механизмов нормативно-подушевого финансирования; поддержка образовательных организаций с учетом этнокультурных особенностей населения сельского социума; создание филиалов СПО и ежегодное увеличение контрольных цифр приема на обучение по программам подготовки квалифицированных рабочих, специалистов среднего звена. Выявлены проблемные точки образования в регионе, а именно: нехватка высококвалифицированных педагогических кадров в организациях общего и дополнительного образования; материально-техническое состояние зданий образовательных организаций, требующих капитального ремонта; низкая скорость доступа к сети Интернет в регионе и др. Раскрыты возможности функционирования учебных заведений профессионального образования и их дальнейшего развития с учетом социально-экономических вызовов и потребностей РФ в целом, Северо-Востока и Республики Саха (Якутия) в частности. Определены прогнозируемые востребованные данным регионом профессии и специальности на 2020-2030 годы в сфере геологии, горнодобывающей и золотодобывающей промышленности, транспорта, энергетики и др. Материалы исследования могут быть использованы в процессе выработки предложений для принятия обоснованных управленческих решений по развитию системы образования в регионе в условиях их модернизации с учетом образовательно-производственного потенциала.
The article is based on the results of the project ҺAssessment, main trends of changes and socio-economic status, human potential of the Eastern Economic Zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)һ, the Program for Comprehensive Scien tific Research in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), financing for the development of its productive forces and social sphere in 2016-2020. Positive tendencies in the development of the system of general, professional and additional education in Eastern Yakutia, such as preservation of small-scale schools in remote settlements, implementation of the mechanisms of the regulatory per capita financing, are examined; support of educational organizations taking into account the ethno-cultural characteristics of the rural population; establishment of branches of professional education and an annual increase in the target figures for admission to training programs for the training of skilled workers, mid-level professionals. The problem points of education in the region, as a lack of highly qualified teaching staff in organizations of general and additional education; material and technical condition of the buildings of educational organizations requiring major repairs; low speed of access to the Internet in the region, etc. are identified. Opportunities for the functioning of educational institutions of vocational education and their further development are exposed, taking into account the social and economic challenges and needs of the Russian Federation as a whole, the Northeast and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in particular. The forecasted professions and specialties demanded by the given region for 2020-2030 years in the field of geology, mining and gold mining industry, transport, energy, etc. have been determined. Research materials can be used in the process of developing proposals for making informed and adequate management decisions on development of the educational system in the region in the context of their modernization, taking into account the educational and production potential.

Статья посвящена актуальным проблемам применения генеративных нейросетей искусственного интеллекта, онлайн-инструментов и сервисов в образовательном процессе и в профессиональной деятельности педагога. Рассматривается опыт создания и применения интерактивных упражнений и заданий в образовательном процессе обучения иностранцев русскому языку и студентов-гуманитариев русской литературе. Затронуты некоторые перспективы применения генеративных нейросетей искусственного интеллекта в профессиональной деятельности педагога. Неизбежный процесс цифровизации образования изменяет способы обучения и взаимодействия участников процесса обучения. Использование информационных и цифровых технологий в образовании приводит к улучшению доступности образовательных ресурсов, индивидуализации обучения, совершенствованию методов оценки знаний. Однако важно помнить о том, что цифровизация несет в себе ряд угроз, таких как возможность дополнительной дистанцированности в обучении, проблемы кибербезопасности, а также вызовы в сфере конфиденциальности данных. Следует также отметить, что философские принципы цифровизации образования должны учитывать гуманистические ценности и акцентировать внимание не только на технологических аспектах, но и на развитии личности обучающегося цифрового поколения, формировании его критического мышления, способности к саморазвитию и самосовершенствованию. Для них цифровая среда, информационные и цифровые технологии являются основным аспектом их жизнедеятельности.
The article is devoted to the topical problems of the use of generative neural networks of artificial intelligence, online tools and services in the educational process and in the professional activity of a teacher. It considers the experience of creating and applying interactive exercises and tasks in the educational process of teaching Russian language to foreigners and humanities students of Russian literature. Some prospects for the use of generative neural networks of artificial intelligence in the professional activity of a teacher are touched upon. The inevitable process of digitalization of education is changing the ways in which participants in the learning process learn and interact. The use of information and digital technologies in education leads to improved accessibility of educational resources, individualization of learning, and improvement of knowledge assessment methods. However, it is important to remember that digitalization carries a number of threats, such as the possibility of additional distance learning, cybersecurity issues, as well as challenges in the field of data privacy. It should also be noted that the philosophical principles of digitalization of education should take into account humanistic values and focus not only on technological aspects, but also on the development of the personality of the learning digital generation, the formation of its critical thinking, the ability to self-development and self-improvement. For them, the digital environment, information and digital technologies are the main aspect of their life.

В данной статье рассматривается балльно-рейтинговая система оценивания как процедура выявления уровня сформированности компетенций студентов среднего профессионального образования. Авторами выдвигается мнение о том, что повышение оценки качества обучения студентов среднего профессионального образования (СПО) возможно путем повышения профессиональных и исследовательских компетенций. Целью статьи является рассмотрение балльно-рейтинговой системы как средства оценивания уровня компетенций студентов СПО. Задачи: изучить научную литературу по теме статьи; рассмотреть подходы, которые эффективны для раскрытия компетенций студентов. Гипотеза: эффективным средством для выявления уровня компетенций студентов является балльно-рейтинговая система оценивания. Основные методы, используемые в ходе исследования: методы аналитического обзора, сравнения, обобщения. Достигнутый результат: балльно-рейтинговая система оценивания апробирована в ГБПОУ "Якутский финансово-экономический колледж" и успешно выявила уровень сформированности компетенций студентов.
This article discusses the point-rating system of assessment as a procedure for identifying the level of formation of students' competencies in secondary vocational education. The author puts forward the opinion that improving the assessment of the quality of education of students of secondary vocational education is possible by improving professional and research competencies. The purpose of the article is to consider the point-rating system of assessment as a means of assessing the level of competence of students in secondary vocational education. The tasks are to study the scientific literature on the topic of the article; to consider approaches that are effective for revealing students' competencies. The hypothesis is the assumption that an effective tool for identifying the level of students' competencies is the point-rating system of assessment. The main methods used in the course of the study include methods of analytical review, comparison, generalization. The findings are as follows: the point-rating system was tested in the State Budgetary Educational Institution "Yakutsk Financial and Economic College" and successfully revealed the level of formation of students' competencies.

В статье представлены педагогические условия формирования ценностных ориентаций обучающихся государственного бюджетного профессионального образовательного учреждения Республики Саха (Якутия) "Якутский индустриально-педагогический колледж". Психолого-педагогическое сопровождение обучающихся является одной из форм педагогических условий формирования ценностных ориентаций обучающихся колледжа. В процессе формирования ценностных ориентаций обучающихся педагогическими условиями выступают формы и методы воспитательных мероприятий [1], в том числе психолого-педагогическое сопровождение обучающихся, родителей и педагогов колледжа. Целью исследования является выявление и обоснование педагогических условий формирования ценностных ориентаций обучающихся в воспитательном процессе колледжа. Результатом работы являются обоснованные педагогические условия формирования ценностных ориентаций обучающихся колледжа - психолого-педагогическое сопровождение обучающихся колледжа.
The article presents the pedagogical conditions for the formation of value orientations of students of the state budgetary professional educational institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) ‘‘Yakut Industrial Pedagogical College’’. Psychological and pedagogical support of students is one of the forms of pedagogical conditions for the formation of value orientations of college students. In the process of forming the value orientations of students, the pedagogical conditions are the forms and methods of educational activities, including the psychological and pedagogical support of students, parents and teachers of the college. The purpose of the study is to identify and justify the pedagogical conditions for the formation of value orientations of students in the educational process of the college. The result of the study is reasonable pedagogical conditions for the formation of value orientations of college students: psychological and pedagogical support for college students.

В статье представлена воспитательная деятельность по формированию духовно-нравственных ориентаций обучающихся государственного бюджетного профессионального образовательного учреждения Республики Саха (Якутия) "Якутский индустриально-педагогический колледж". Целью исследования является формирование личностных качеств обучающихся в процессе духовно-нравственного воспитания в колледже. Научная новизна заключается в обосновании личностных качеств подрастающего поколения. Результатом работы является формирование личностных качеств обучающихся колледжа в процессе духовно-нравственного воспитания.
Currently, Russia is going through a difficult period of historical development. In any transformation of society, the younger generation is the most vulnerable subject. In this regard, the education of the spiritual and moral personality of the future generation is gaining more and more attention from society. The article presents educational activities for the formation of spiritual and moral orientations of students of the state budgetary professional educational institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) “Yakut Industrial Pedagogical College”. The purpose of the study is the formation of personal qualities of students in the process of spiritual and moral education of the college. Scientific novelty lies in the substantiation of the personal qualities of the younger generation. The result of the work is the formation of personal qualities of students in the process of spiritual and moral education of the college.

В статье раскрываются особенности образовательного и воспитательного процессов и их интеграции в учреждениях среднего профессионального образования в рамках воспитательной работы для систематической и эффективной подготовки специалистов, обладающих необходимыми знаниями, умениями и встраиваемыми навыками, а также рассматриваются проблемы, сопровождающие этот процесс. Целью исследования явилось определение интеграционных процессов в учреждениях среднего профессионального образования. В качестве основной задачи в статье показывается, за счет каких методов и направлений проходит основной учебный процесс в учреждениях среднего профессионального образования. Результаты исследования показывают, что поставленные задачи решаются многообразием методов, видов и направлений воспитательной работы, актуализируемых в соответствии с тенденциями и новыми принципами непрерывного профессионального образования путем осуществления образовательной интеграции. Гипотеза исследования предполагает, что воспитательная работа учреждений среднего профессионального образования становится эффективной с педагогической точки зрения при наличии четкого планирования и четкой увязки с современными требованиями ФГОС.
The article reveals the features of educational and educational processes and their integration in institutions of secondary vocational education within the framework of educational work for systematic and effective training of specialists with the necessary knowledge, skills and embedded skills, and also discusses the problems, accompanying this process. The purpose of the study was to determine the integration processes in institutions of secondary vocational education. As the main task, the article shows through what methods and directions the main process takes place in institutions of secondary vocational education. The results of the study show that the tasks set are solved by a variety of methods, types and areas of educational work, updated in accordance with the trends and new principles of continuous professional education through the implementation of educational integration. The hypothesis of the study suggests that the educational work of institutions of secondary vocational education becomes effective from a pedagogical point of view in the presence of clear planning and a clear link with modern requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard.
