Разработана двумерная математическая модель прогноза температурного режима отбитой руды в блоке, склонной к смерзанию, при торцевом выпуске. Модель учитывает фазовые переходы воды (вода - лед), влияние конвективного теплопереноса рудничного воздуха через отбитую руду, физико - технические параметры отбитой руды, геометрические характеристики блока, а также продолжительность нахождения руды в блоке, Модель позволяет получить наглядную информацию о состоянии температурного поля отбитой руды в блоке в процессе ее торцевого выпуска, прогнозировать зоны вероятного смерзания руды и образования смерзшихся конгломератов (вторичных негабаритов), препятствующих нормальному извлечению руды из блока.
A two - dimensional mathematical model is developed for predicting the temperature regime in a block of broken ore prone to freezing when ore is drawn from the working face. The model takes into account the phase transitions of water (water - ice), the influence of convective heat transfer of mine air through broken ore, physical and technical parameters of broken ore, the block geometry and the duration of ore stay in the block. The model allows for visual information about the state of the temperature field of broken ore in the block during its face drawing, prediction of probable ore freezing zones and formation of frozen conglomerates (secondary oversize) that prevent the normal ore recovery from the block.

Введение. Рассматриваются вопросы продления периода кучного выщелачивания золота в зоне распространения многолетней мерзлоты. Основной сдерживающий фактор применения этого способа в регионах с холодным климатом заключается в том, что эффективность процесса выщелачивания золотосодержащих руд любого типа в значительной степени зависит от температурных условий рудного штабеля и выщелачивающего раствора, что в свою очередь обуславливает сезонность работы золотодобывающих предприятий, использующих технологию кучного выщелачивания (только в летние месяцы). Цель исследования - разработать новую комплексную математическую модель процессов тепломассопереноса при кучном выщелачивании полезных ископаемых в условиях холодного климата, которая позволит с высокой степенью надежности оценить ряд важных характеристик выщелачивания золота в зонах многолетней мерзлоты и продлить период выщелачивания. Результаты исследования. Разработана математическая модель, включающая в себя двумерное нелинейное уравнение теплопроводности (задача Стефана). Программа позволяет выбирать теплофизические характеристики породного массива (основания) и штабеля раздробленных горных пород, начальную влажность (льдистость), мощность и пространственное расположение источников тепла, параметры теплоизоляции поверхности штабеля, основания и др. Разработана программа, которая позволяет прогнозировать термическое состояние массива многолетнемерзлых горных пород (основания) и штабеля раздробленных горных пород, выбирать режим эксплуатации источников тепла (нагревающего контура), параметры теплоизоляции. Порядок проведения исследования. Проведены многовариантные расчеты по прогнозу теплового режима рудного штабеля в процессе выщелачивания золота в разные периоды года для климатических условий Верхоянского района Якутии. Варианты расчетов включают в себя дату начала процесса кучного выщелачивания и способы теплоизоляции штабеля. Показано, что между датой начала выщелачивания и способами теплоизоляции существует прямая и тесная связь. Рекомендации. Представлены рекомендуемые периоды формирования штабеля для кучного выщелачивания длительностью 120 дней (4 месяца) при использовании теплоизоляции пенополистиролом толщиной 0,1 м и 0,2 м в различных комбинациях. Показано, что при возведении штабелей в мае-июне теплоизоляция не требуется. При возведении штабелей в марте-апреле необходима теплоизоляция основания. При возведении штабелей в июле-августе требуется теплоизоляция поверхности. Итоги работы и актуальность исследования. При грамотном выборе материала теплоизоляции и его толщины, сроков возведения штабеля и режимов его эксплуатации возможно значительно сократить затраты на объемы материалов теплоизоляции и продлить сроки выщелачивания с марта по ноябрь включительно. Для круглогодичной эксплуатации штабелей потребуется разработка мероприятий по прогреву тела штабеля в зимние месяцы (декабрь-февраль). Правильный выбор способов теплоизоляции штабеля в зависимости от даты начала процесса выщелачивания позволит существенно снизить затраты на дефицитные в условиях труднодоступного региона теплоизоляционные материалы и снизить потери золота по температурному фактору.
Introduction. The article considers the problem of extending the period of gold heap leaching in the permafrost zone. The main factor limiting the use of this method in cold regions is that the efficiency of the process of leaching any gold-bearing ores largely depends on the ore stack and leaching solution temperature conditions, which in turn determines the seasonal activity of the gold mining enterprises that use heap leaching technology (only during the summer months). Research objective is to develop a new integrated mathematical model of heat and mass transfer during mineral heap leaching in cold regions. The model will make it possible to very reliably assess a number of important characteristics o fgold leaching in permafrost zones and extend the leaching period. Research results. A mathematical model has been developed that includes a two-dimensional nonlinear heat-transfer equation (the Stefan problem). The program allows to select the thermal and physical characteristics of a rock mass (base) and a crushed rock stack, initial moisture content (ice content), power and spatial arrangement of heat sources, thermal insulation parameters of the surface of a stack and a base, etc. A program has been developed that allows to predict the thermal condition of the permafrost mass (base) and crushed rock stacks, choose the heat sources operation mode (heating circuit) and the thermal insulation parameters Research procedure. Multivariate analysis was carried out on the ore stack thermal conditions prediction in the process of gold leaching in different periods of the year for the climatic conditions of the Verkhoyansk region, Yakutia. Calculation types include the starting date of the heap leaching process and the methods of stack thermal insulation. It is shown that there is a direct and close relationship between the starting date of leaching and the methods of thermal insulation. Recommendations. The recommended 120-day (4-month) periods of heap leaching stack formation are presented under the thermal insulation with 0.1 m and 0.2 m thick polystyrene foam in various combinations. It is shown that for the stacks constructed in May and June, thermal insulation is not required. For the stacks constructed in March and April, thermal insulation is necessary. For the stacks constructed in July and August, thermal insulation of the surface is required. Results and relevance. Correct thermal insulation material and its thickness, the timing of the stack construction and its operating modes can significantly reduce the cost of thermal insulation materials and extend the leaching time from March to November inclusive. For year-round operation of stacks, measures for the stack body heating in the winter months (from December to February) are required. The right choice of stack thermal insulation methods, depending on the starting date of the leaching process, will significantly reduce the cost of thermal insulation materials that are scarce in a remote region and reduce gold losses due to the temperature factor.

The necessity of a preliminary assessment of the intensity of thermal processes occurring in frozen soils with inclusions of buried ice in the design of structures of the surface complex of open-pit mines in the permafrost zone has been substantiated. Itis emphasized that special attention should be paid to objects that have a warming effect,in particular, settling ponds intended for the purification of quarry and dump waters in the summer period of operation. In order to assess the possibility of placing and subsequent construction of such structures on sites built up with high ice soils, as well as rational modes of their operation, multivariate numerical experiments were carried out on the developed mathematical model. The results of studies are presented that confirm the possibility of placing and constructing settling ponds on sites with ice lenses in the bottom, subject to seasonal (only in summer) operation. Requirements for the rational operation of settling ponds have been developed, the observance of which ensures longterm stability and trouble-free operation of all facilities of the treatment complex in the summer in permafrost conditions.

В современных экономических условиях проектирование горных предприятий должно осуществляться в кратчайшие сроки и с сохранением при этом высокой точности и достоверности результатов, с глубокой, зачастую многовариантной проработкой проектных решений. Представлены результаты разработки методики построения 3Д геоинформационной модели объектов горного производства. В качестве примера рассматривается прогноз теплового режима рудного штабеля при кучном выщелачивании золота в условиях холодного климата.

На основе математического моделирования теплового процесса предлагается методика расчета продолжительности воздействия нагревательным инструментом при сварке газопроводов из полиэтиленовых труб при температурах воздуха, ниже регламентируемых. Исследуется степень кристалличности материалов сварного соединения, полученных при остывании в естественных условиях низких температур.
The paper presents the results of research, which primary practical goal is wide implementation of the heap leaching technology in areas with harsh climatic conditions, i.e. presence of permafrost and long winter periods. The main limiting factor for applying the method in regions with cold climate is that the leaching efficiency of any type of gold-bearing ores considerably depends on the temperature conditions of the ore stockpiled and the leaching solution, which in turn determines the seasonal nature (only in the Summer months) of gold mining operations utilizing the heap leaching technology. Appropriate physical properties need to be set for all the materials available in the area to be modeled. The boundary conditions also have to be defined for all heat transfer conditions used in the model. Modeling of the leaching solution filtration in the Frost.Thermo software suite is based on the extensively tested equation for groundwater filtration derived from the Darcy law. Solution of the thermal conductivity equation in the 3D formulation is carried out numerically using the explicit method of finite differences. According to the results of computer modeling in the Frost 3D software suite, emergency failure of the thermal insulation coating on the stockpile surface leads to freezing of the rocks in the stockpile down to a considerable depth. Calculations of the thermal conditions of the ore stockpile have been carried out for different conditions of its surface thermal insulation. The most optimal method to thermally insulate the walls of the stockpile is to cover the slopes (walls) of its lower tier with a 1-meter thick snow layer, while the slopes (walls) of the upper tiers should be insulated with a film having an air interlayer of 3 cm.

В статье описан метод устранения проблемы замерзания гидравлической системы буровой установки УРБ-2А2 при бурении геологоразведочных скважин в морозных условиях Республики Саха (Якутия). В ходе исследования мы проанализировали многолетний опыт промышленных компаний, занятых буровыми работами на территории Республики Саха (Якутия). В этой связи в районах Крайнего Севера важной задачей является разработка инновационных методов, направленных на улучшение условий труда рабочих и качества технологий для защиты гидравлических систем буровых установок, функционирующих в суровом климате региона. В качестве меры профилактики и борьбы с замерзанием гидравлической системы мы предлагаем утепление гидроборудования бурового станка с использованием теплоизолирующих материалов. На основании проведённой диагностики и расчётов нам удалось разработать эффективный способ решения проблемы замерзания гидравлической системы. Этот метод не требует значительных изменений в существующем оборудовании и не влечёт за собой крупных финансовых затрат. На следующем этапе мы проведем испытания предложенного метода решения проблемы в условиях Крайнего Севера на самоходной буровой установке УРБ-2А2.
The article describes a method for eliminating the problem of freezing of the hydraulic system of the URB-2A2 drilling rig when drilling exploration wells in the freezing conditions of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). During the study, we analyzed the long-term experience of industrial companies engaged in drilling operations in Yakutia. In this regard, in the regions of the Far North, an important task is to develop innovative methods aimed at improving the working conditions of workers and the quality of technologies for protecting the hydraulic systems of drilling rigs operating in the harsh climate of the region. As a measure to prevent and combat freezing of the hydraulic system, we propose insulating the hydraulic equipment of the drilling rig using heat-insulating materials. Based on the diagnostics and calculations, we were able to develop an effective way to solve the problem of freezing of the hydraulic system. This method does not require significant changes in the existing equipment and does not entail large nancial costs. At the next stage, we will test the proposed method for solving the problem in the conditions of the Far North on the URB-2A2 self-propelled drilling rig.

Во второй половине XIX в. на территории юго-западной и южной Якутии началась крупнейшая в России добыча золота. Золотые прииски возникли на обширной гористой территории, исстари принадлежавших охотничье-промысловому населению пленных тунгусов как охотничьи угодья и оленьи пастбища. Земли Якутии считались собственностью государства, которыми коренные жители пользовались на общинных началах. Поэтому царская администрация пыталась самовольно передавать облагороженные луговые земли якутов и охотничьи угодья тунгусского населения, в основном безвозмездно, переселенцам и промышленникам. Однако по "Положению об инородцах" 1822 г. требовалось получение согласия самих инородцев, проживавших или кочевавших в общинных местностях, что впоследствии стали учитываться промышленниками. Постепенно сложился порядок уступки земель тунгусских родов путем заключения договоров с предпринимателями. В фондах Амурского областного краеведческого музея хранится оригинал копии "Условий" (договора) о передаче охотничьих угодий по речке Желтулак оленных тунгусов доверенному Верхне-Амурской золотопромышленной компании без указания срока. Компания на этих землях могла строить дороги, вырубать строительный лес, добывать золото и производить разведку, за что обязывалась ежегодно платить тунгусскому роду с каждого прииска до выработки золотоносного грунта определенную сумму денег. Практика арендных отношений между тунгусской общиной и представителями промышленной компании, сложившаяся во второй половине XIX в., ныне вполне может служить прекрасным примером для выстраивания новых отношений в современных условиях при промышленном освоения исконных земель малочисленных народов Севера.
In the second half of the XIX century, on the territory of South-Western and southern Yakutia, Russia’s largest gold mining began. Gold mines appeared on a vast mountainous territory that had long belonged to the hunting and commercial population of the deer Tungus as hunting grounds and deer pastures. The lands of Yakutia were considered the property of the state, which the indigenous people used on a communal basis. Therefore, the tsarist administration tried to voluntarily transfer the ennobled meadow lands of the Yakuts and hunting grounds of the Tunguska population, mostly free of charge, to settlers and Industrialists. However, according to the "Regulations on foreigners” of 1822, it was required to obtain the consent of the foreigners themselves, who lived or roamed in communal areas, which later began to be taken into account by Industrialists. Gradually, there was a procedure for ceding land to Tungus families by entering into contracts with entrepreneurs. In the funds of the Amur regional Museum of local lore, an original copy of the "Terms” (agreement) on the transfer of hunting grounds along the Zheltulak river of Olenye tungusov to a trusted upper Amur gold mining company is stored without specifying the term. The company on these lands could build roads, cut down construction wood, extract gold and make exploration, for which it was obliged to pay annually to the Tunguska family from each mine to the development of gold-bearing soil a certain amount of money. The practice of lease relations between the Tunguska community and representatives of an industrial company, which developed in the second half of the XIX century, can now serve as an excellent example for building new relationships in modern conditions when industrial development of the ancestral lands of small peoples of the North.
