The republic is taking measures of state support for farms of various forms of ownership, which contribute to the preservation and increase in the number of Yakut livestock. Thanks to the measures taken over the past five years, the number of Yakut cattle in the State Enterprise of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) “Yakut Cattle” has increased by 2.5 times. 10 colors were identified, the main ones being black and motley - 43.3%, black - 21.4%, white and motley - 16.6% and others 18.7%. The article presents the results of a study of the genetic structure of Yakut cattle by the Gene pool state enterprise of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) “Yakut Cattle” (n=366). To study the population genetic structure of Yakut cattle, microsatellite analysis of 15 STR loci was used. In the three studied populations, the most variable loci are TGLA53 (11 alleles), TGLA227 and TGLA122 (8 alleles), and the least variable are BM1818, BM1824, INRA023 (3 alleles). The greatest genetic diversity was noted among the cattle of the Syuldyukar site. It was found that in the Yakut cattle populations of the “Tastaakh” and “Kylys” areas, the observed heterozygosity is higher than expected, the Fis index has a negative value. In the sample of animals from the “Suldyukar” site, the observed heterozygosity (Ho=0.598±0.045) is less than expected (He=0.607±0.035), and the Fis index has a positive value (Fis=0.022±0.035), which indicates a lack of heterozygotes and is confirmed by phenotypically lower diversity livestock color options.

The article considers rational schemes for the development of cutting areas using felling-skidding-processing machines, in various natural and industrial conditions, as well as rational schemes for their maneuvering when entering the tape of a set of bundles. Based on the analysis of literary sources and production experience in the field of logging, the possibility of using these machines is justified not only according to the classical scheme, but also in the roll-packing mode, with the involvement of an additional skidding tractor. The work was carried out within the framework of the scientific school "Innovative developments in the field of logging industry and forestry" of the Arctic State Agrotechnological University.

The article is devoted to the actual problem of processing secondary dairy raw materials. The article presents the calculation of raw materials and evaluation of the quality indicators of buttermilk and curd whey obtained at the farm Kharlampyev M.A. The data obtained allowed us to choose promising areas for their processing. The article presents the scheme developed by the authors for the depth of processing of whole milk. The paper proposes the inclusion of cottage cheese from a mixture of skimmed milk and buttermilk and the drink Byrpah from curd whey in the production range of the farm. It is shown that the use of secondary dairy raw materials technology makes it possible to obtain high-quality and safe dairy products that meet regulatory requirements and are not inferior in organoleptic characteristics to traditional cottage cheese and Byrpah. Calculations of production costs and retail and wholesale prices with a projected profit of 15% indicate a high economic benefit from the sale of cottage cheese Stolovyj and Byrpah products from curd whey.

The results of studies of the physical properties of agricultural seeds over the past 100 years are summarized. Three periods of research have been identified: the first - the beginning of the 20th century before the Second World War; the second - from the Second World War to the 1990s; third - early 2000s to present. The relation is shown between conducting research on the physical properties of seeds and developing technologies for post-harvest processing and seed preparation. It is shown that the physical properties of seeds represent the starting points and are fundamental in the design of machines and technological processes for sowing, harvesting, post-harvest processing and pre-sowing preparation of seeds. The physical properties of seeds that can be used in seed separators have been determined: dimensional characteristics, shape, density, surface condition, ability to float to the surface of a liquid or fluidized layer, color, elasticity, electrical conductivity, chlorophyll fluorescence. The size characteristics of agricultural seeds are generalized. crops, as well as weed seeds. The features of seed separation by thickness, width and length are described. It is shown that in the process of separation according to different characteristics, the shape of the grains has a significant influence on the process. It has been established that further development of seed preparation technologies based on existing knowledge about the physical properties of seeds is ineffective. To develop technologies for the preparation of new generation seeds, it is necessary to conduct systematic research using seed materials in various soil and climatic zones of countries.
