В статье обосновывается актуальность отдельных положений марксизма в современных условиях, тогда как реализация его имеет свои национально-этнические особенности; в частности, исторически сложившаяся тяга россиян к холизму и космизму не позволила перенести это учение в чистом виде. Автором анализируется современное капиталистическое общество, отличающееся совершенно иной социально-классовой структурой, а также рядом новых целевых установок, обусловленных глобализацией, цифровой информатизацией и роботизацией. Обосновывается становление "свободы невыбора", когда интересы финансово-олигархических групп, военно-промышленных корпораций выдаются за насущные интересы всего общества и даже человечества в целом, и структуру отношений в обществе становится невозможно адекватно объяснить и описать с позиций классического марксизма и диалектико-материалистической методологии. Тем не менее автор связывает будущее человечества со становлением постнеклассической научной картины мира, нового технологического уклада, куда диалектика входит как составная часть более обшей теории коэволюции природы и общества. Главное при этом - не допустить потерю гуманизма, сохранить духовность, культуру уже в новом (пост)человеческом обществе
The article substantiates the relevance of certain provisions of Marxism in modem conditions, while its implementation has the specific national and ethnic characteristics; in particular, the historically developed thrust of Russians to holism and cosmism did not allow to transfer this doctrine in its pure form. The author analyzes the modem capitalist society, which is characterized by a completely different socio-class structure, as well as a number of new targets due to 1Ъе Globalization, The Digital Informatization and The Robotics. 1Ъе article substantiates the "freedom of non-choicc" formation, when the interests of financial and oligarchic groups, military-industrial corporations arc given for the vital interests of society and even humanity as a whole, and the structure of relations in society becomes impossible to adequately explain and describe from the standpoint of classical Marxism and dialectical-materialistic methodology. Nevertheless, the author connects the future of mankind with the formation of post-non-classical scientific picture of the world, with a new technological way, where the dialectics becomes a part of the more General theory of co-evolution of nature and society. The main thing here is the prevention of the loss of humanism, and support the efforts to preserve the spirituality and culture in the new (post)human society.

Совокупность научных знаний К. Маркса по вопросам государства и права - это "Юриспруденция" К. Маркса. Разделы её - типология государства, классовая борьба и диктатура пролетариата, методология юриспруденции. Современная российская наука о государстве продолжает обращать внимание на функциональные возможности исторических способов производства. Значимы и положения второго раздела "Юриспруденции" К. Маркса, например, в области описания и объяснения происхождения (организации), развития и последствий "цветных" революций. Многие современные работы по проблемам государства и права связаны с методами диалектического материализма. В статье актуализированы некоторые обобщения К. Маркса. Известно, что развитые государства переживают последствия образования "глубокого государства". Между гем К. Марксом был обоснован тезис о необходимости превращения государства из органа, стоящего над обществом, в орган, этому обществу всецело "подчиненный". Современный век обозначился как век высоких технологий. В "Капитале" К. Маркса было использовано понятие "производительный организм" общества. Понятие учитывает технологический уровень общества и способно включать в свой состав и государственное управление. В статье подчеркнуты методологические возможности идеи К. Маркса о "современном государстве".
The totality of Marx’s scientific knowledge on the issues of state and law is “Marx’s Jurisprudence”. Its sections are typology of the state, class struggle and dictatorship of the proletariat, methodology of jurisprudence. Modem Russian science of the state continues to pay attention to the functionality of historical methods of production. Ihe provisic— of the second section of “Marx's Jurisprudence” are also significant, for example, in the field of description and explanation of the origin (organization), development and consequences of “color revolutions”. Many modem works on the problems of state and law arc connected with the methods of dialectical materialism. Some generalizations of K. Marx are actualized in the article. It is known that developed countries are experiencing the consequences of the formation of a “deep state”. Meanwhile, Marx was justified the thesis about the necessity of transformation of the state from an organ standing above society, “the organ of this society is entirely subordinate". The modem age was designated! as the age of high technologies. The concept of “productive organism” of society was used in K. Marx’s “Capital”. The concept takes into account the technological level of society and is able to include in its composition and public administration. The article highlights the methodological possibilities of Marx’s idea of “modem state”.
